Since the beginning of the semester I have noticed a few improvements in my fitness level and in my leadership skills. I still have to work on putting in more of an effort than I currently do. The only thing I can think of that effects my effort level is how much sleep I got the night before, generally if I had a practice late the night before I would be very tired for the morning PE class I have. I am always physically prepared for class but not always mentally, sometimes I am just too tired from the night before. I have a lot of commitment to extracurricular activities including school hockey and rugby, I also do a fair amount of sports in the community such as hockey, rugby and taekwondo. My diet is the same each week, a lot protein like steak and chicken. I am pretty safe when it comes to PE, I only get injured when playing contact sports but I have come to expect that. To heal I just reduce the amount of activity on the injured part of my body. I volunteer all the time at the YMCA and I teach taekwondo there as well. I enjoy playing sports in PE10 but the fitness is hard to do as I am usually tired. The barrier I have during PE are only the ones I put on myself. I hope to put in more of an effort on fitness days and normal days. I think I should get an S for my work habit mark.
